He needed them for this new level of adulthood. How could they all do this Andy? Andy needed them. Once again, frustration and outrage saturated his mind with misunderstanding. The more diminutive and less pertinent moments of playtime and adventure overtook him, making his eyes glassy. Even now, though, the monumental feats Andy had accomplished throughout his seventeen years slipped Woody’s mind. He remembered everything not one moment of the boy’s life had been more or less important than the other. He was on the brink of silent tears when Andy passed through his mind. Everything they had been through… Woody shook his head in grief that it could all be coming to an end. Sure, he reminisced upon Buzz and Jessie’s advancing relationship- and, of course, he and Bo Peep’s. Though his eyes were locked on the fire and heat engulfed him, memories briskly flooded Woody’s mind. After all they’d been through, there was no such reason for simply giving up, as they all seemed to believe was most beneficial at the moment. The group, who had always been known for their love and devotion to each other… they weren’t even making an effort to put a stop to this? The fiery pit that burned in front of them seemed to radiate even more deathly tones of red and orange, as if taunting them. “What are they doing!?” he incredulously asked himself. As he glanced down, he witnessed a scene that filled him with utmost emotional confusion: each had linked hands, facing the realization of their horrifying final outcome. Upon hearing none of these, he questioned why no one else was following his actions. Struggling as he attempted to pull both he and the group up, he slightly expected to hear similar movement and sounds of labor behind him. His awareness of that fact heightened as they continued to slide in the direction of the blazing flames, but he refused to accept it. He knew that very moment was the end for all of them. Thank you so much for reading honestly, it means so much. Reviews, critique and general comments are extremely welcomed.Īnd do ya think you could throw some merch in there while you’re at it? It was heartwrenching to see my childhood heroes go through that.Īnyways, after seeing the movie again, all my thoughts really began to cumulate.
